Hi, I’m Sundi — the hands and heart behind this work.

I love the feeling of sunlight on my skin as much as I love being cocooned in blankets. I hold my relationships close, dance daily, and have earned a pair of very steady hands thanks to years of playing Operation in my work as a HSP centered child and family therapist.

I'm fascinated by the relationships we often overlook: the quiet ways our bodies, senses, environments, routines, and relationships shape how we move through everyday life.

Harmony Collective Studio grew from that curiosity.

My Background

My work brings together several disciplines because people don't experience life through a single lens.

As a child and family therapist, I’ve worked with children, parents, and families to understand the relationship between emotions, the body, environments, and connection. My perspective has also been shaped by a background in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication, systems thinking, and ongoing professional development in sensory-informed, trauma-informed, and relational approaches. I’m committed to shaping systems that are clear, sustainable, and supportive.

Today, Harmony Collective Studio is where those experiences come together—through Field Notes, educational resources, consulting, and gentle tools that invite greater awareness, connection, and regulated living.

Our Philosophy

We believe meaningful change often begins with noticing.

The conditions we create, and the ones we inherit, quietly influence how we experience ourselves and one another.

When we pay closer attention to our bodies, our senses, our relationships, and our environments, we begin to notice the patterns that shape everyday life. Those observations create opportunities for greater awareness, connection, regulation, and wellbeing.

Harmony Collective Studio is a place for thoughtful observation, gentle rituals, and supportive resources. Our work is guided by emotional awareness, sensory-informed practices, and the belief that small moments often reveal something meaningful when we take the time to notice.

Whether through a Field Note, a practical tool, a functional system, or an everyday observation, our hope is to help you notice something you hadn't noticed before—and discover that even small shifts in awareness can become meaningful pathways toward connection and growth.

A digital document featuring a large quote: 'Field note. Long before we have words, we begin learning through our bodies, our relationships, and the environments around us.' The page includes a photograph of a woman with curly hair, wearing a cap and a backpack, standing on a mountain top under a cloudy sky. Several other photos, including a hand holding a small object and a pair of shoes, are also part of the document.

Where Harmony Began

Our Guiding Principle

A serene landscape with a calm pond surrounded by lush green bushes and trees in the foreground, and a mountain covered in dense green forest under a blue sky with scattered white clouds.

The words Steady Light. Expansive Growth. are more than a tagline. They describe the way we hope people experience Harmony Collective Studio—and the philosophy that guides everything we create.

Steady Light

Like plants, we also grow in the presence of warm, grounding light. Steady Light is both an invitation and a way of moving through the world—with clarity, care, and nervous-system-friendly pacing. It’s the pause, the breath, the soft illumination that helps you see what’s here without overwhelm. This is the foundation: work shaped by intention, gentleness, and emotional steadiness.

Expansive Growth

Growth doesn't have to be rushed. Small moments of awareness become quiet anchors, gradually gathering momentum over time. Here, expansion is spacious, regulated, sustainable, and rooted in awareness. We design tools and experiences that support deeper understanding, healthier communication, and more regulated ways of living. Expansive Growth is the unfolding, the slow, meaningful evolution that happens when you feel confident and anchored.
